First issue of the text, with "Rigaud" for "Blandois" in part XV and the slip announcing the error in part XVI. An outstanding set, having all the correct wrappers as well as ALL the ads called for by Hatton and Cleaver. This outstanding set shows very well; spines are expertly renewed on parts 1, 12, 15, 16, 18 and 19/20. The plates are very good, with light off-setting on parts 6, 7 and 16; plates are browned at edges on parts 2 and 16; wrappers of part 8 have light soiling; small loss at spine ends of a few other parts.
